Recertification:
Recertification is a key feature of Sybase certification. The Sybase Certification student will hold the Symantec certification only for two years, in the case of Associate certifications, and three years only, in the case of Expert certifications.
After this period the candidate must re-validate their Sybase certification. This can be done by retaking and passing the relevant certification exam(s).
