How do I pay for the products?
There are several ways to pay for your Real-exams products. Most customers use online payment with a credit card. If no credit card is available then PayPal, Bank Wire, Western Union, or MoneyGram can be used.
- Paying online using a credit card is the most frequent and fastest payment method. The purchased products will immediately be available for download.
- For PayPal, Bank Wire, Western Union, or MoneyGram payments contact sales@real-exams.com for instructions.
Which credit cards does Real-Exams accept?
We accept most major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Delta and Electron.
Is my Credit Card Information secure at your site?
Absolutely. Secure it guaranteed by our Credit Card Processor PayPoint.net.
I am hesitant about buying things online. How secure is your site?
Security of our customer's confidential information is of utmost importance to us. We therefore use a trusted third party vendor as our card processor. All of your credit card information is processed through them on their secure network. We never see any of your confidential information and no confidential information about you is never stored anywhere on our server.
Do you share your customer information database with any third parties?
At Real-Exams we hate spam mail as much as everyone else, and we respect your right to privacy. Therefore we will never share any information about our customers with a third-party. The only email you will receive will come from us, and you can inform us at anytime if you want to be removed from our mail list.
How to purchase
How do I make an online purchase?
Please select the appropriate products from the Real-Exams products page. Add them to your shopping cart. Click 'Checkout' button in the 'Shopping Cart' area in the left column of website. Enter credit card information and finish the purchase. If this is the first purchase at Real-Exams and you are not a registered user, an account at Real-Exams.com will be created for you automatically. After the purchase the products can be accessed from your Members Area. If you want more detailed instructions please send an e-mail to support@Real-Exams.com.
How do I pay without a credit card?
If no credit card is available then PayPal, Bank Wire, Western Union, or MoneyGram can be used.

I have made an online purchase. Where are the purchased products?
The purchased products are available at your Members Area. Here is the procedure to download your product(s):
- Go to www.Real-Exams.com
- Find the 'Members Area login' form in top-left corner of website.
Note: If there is just a Members Area link you would not be required to enter e-mail and password. - Enter your E-mail and Password
Latest versions of the purchased products are downloadable from here. Use the links in your Members Area to access / download your products.
Do I receive a receipt?
Yes, you receive an order confirmation e-mail for every purchase. The order confirmation e-mail is the receipt. The receipt is also stored in your Members Area for easy access.
How to access purchased products
I need further download instructions. Where can I find it?
There are download instructions in the Members Area.

Purchase Problems
I am not able to add products to my Shopping Cart. What is wrong?
Ensure that cookies are enabled in your Internet Browser. To be able to make online purchases at Real-Exams cookies must be enabled.
The system does not accept my credit card. What should I do?
Please fill in all fields marked as mandatory.
Make sure that you use valid credit card details.

I am absolutely sure I entered the correct credit card information, and still the system does not accept it. What should I do?
We have used several different credit card processer's companies. Each Credit Card Processor has different methods of checking the validity of the Credit Card. We have noticed that some that are approved by one Credit Card are not approved by others, and vice versa. If you are unlucky your credit card will not be approved by our current Credit Card processor.
You can try another card or use an alternative payment method. There are three alternative methods of payments.

The purchase went through succesfully, and I received an order confirmation e-mail. Still the purchased products do not show up in my Members Area. What is wrong?
Tha means your order is being manually reviewed by us (we periodically do that to avoid sucpicious / fraudulent orders). You should have your products available within 12 hours.
If more than 12 hours has passed then please contact support@Real-Exams.com.
The purchase seems to have gone through, though I have not received any e-mail confirmation on the purchase. What is wrong?
There might have been a glitch in the purchase process. Please, contact support@Real-Exams.com. Please include your Real-Exams E-mail in the message. We will check the details and reply you back.
Terms and Conditions
How are the goods delivered?
All purchases are downloaded from the internet. Typically you will have access to your purchases immediately after we have received your payment. If your order is manually reviewed however, there might be a delay up to 12 hours before your product is available for download.
How do I return the products I have purchased?
As all products are delivered in digital format it is not necessary to return the goods.

How long does it take for you to respond to my emails?
Most emails are answered within 24 hours. All emails are answered within 48 hours.
