Product Delivery: All Questions & Answers materials are available for downloading in the form of Real-Exams test engines which will be available for download in the Member's Area of Real-Exams immediately after making payment.
PDFs are made available for downloading solely for use by end users according to the terms of the License Agreement.
Cancellation: A "Cancellation" occurs when the Customer or Real-Exams voids an order for a withdrawal of funds from a Customer's Card account or bank account before a sale is sent for deposit. Real-Exams.com will not collect a deposit from the Customer and the previously authorized funds will be released at the Card issuing bank's discretion before making products available for download.
After a product available for download, any attempt to reimburse the cost of a Real-Exams Product to a Customer constitutes a Refund and shall be dealt with as set forth below. You may contact us regarding your purchase from Real-Exams.com within 24 hours of delivery for the replacement without downloading any Exam.
Refunds: Real-Exams.com accomplishes the Refund only in case of failure within 2 weeks of purchase by reversing the amount previously charged to the Customer's Card or account at the Card issuing bank and the appropriate amount is credited to the appropriate Card or account at the Card issuing bank of Customer. Please email to sales@real-exams.com along with the scanned copy of your failed transcript to claim refund as per mentioned refund policy.
Refund is not applicable in case of failure within 7 days after the purchase date because Real-Exams.com highly recommends the candidates a study time of 7 days to prepare for the exam with Real-Exams.com Questions & Answers test engine. Any failures cases within 7 days of purchase will be rejected because of in-sufficient study of Real-Exams.com Questions & Answers material.
